- Most climbers that have been up Malaysia’s highest mountain, Mount Kinabalu, claim that the Mulu Pinnacles climb is the toughest full day hike in Malaysia.
So, we gave it a try and here is what happened. Sharing with you our hike up to see the amazing Pinnacles of Mulu National Park.

This is the full version of our trip from November 18 - 22, 2021. Long winded but worth the memories.
Located on the island of Borneo, Mulu National Park is home to its amazing cave system, including the world largest cave chamber.
One of the highlights of Mulu National Park is the Pinnacles on Mount Api. The Pinnacles are a unique formation of razor-sharp limestone rocks jutting out of the jungle on the slopes of Mount Api and stand at some 50meters high.
Climb Up time: 2hours and 30 minutes
Descent Time: 4hours and 30 minutes

Hi how much water u bring from camp 5 to pinacanle summit? Can be fill up at camp 5 the water?
At least 3 litre. Yes camp 5 have water filling station. Happy climbing my friend

To the top 2.5 hours going down 4 hours.. Going down is tougher

Day 1 - Arrival
Day 2 - Depart to wind cave and clearwater cave then to Camp 5. Briefing and Overnight
Day 3 - Early morning climb to summit for pinnacle view. Retrun to Camp 5 and overnight.
Day 4 - Depart Back to Mulu and flight home or
Overnight at Mulu NP
Day 5 - Flight back home
Guide - Mr. Mac Mampang (+60128728306) can help arrange accommodation and transport

Yes.. We did.. Sometimes places at camp 5 and guides are not enough.. Best book early...

The tour he can arrange. but the accommodation I would suggest stay at the national park. the guide can assist.
