Jeremiah plays has had one out for a while which actually has multiple EF stages. It also picks up blocks and places them down.

I think the placing down the book is great but sadly it doesn't allow them to translate to other languages like other add-ons
I could not find a setting to prevent other members from changing the disaster settings or from triggering disasters manually. However, a workaround I found is to clear the relevant items from their inventory when they first load in or craft them. You can achieve this by putting these commands in repeating (or chained) command blocks:
- clear @a[tag=!god, hasitem={item=spark_disasters:disaster_controller}] spark_disasters:disaster_controller
- clear @a[tag=!god, hasitem={item=spark_disasters:guide_book_spawn_egg}] spark_disasters:guide_book_spawn_egg
- clear @a[tag=!god, hasitem={item=spark_disasters:trigger_acid_rain}] spark_disasters:trigger_acid_rain
- clear @a[tag=!god, hasitem={item=spark_disasters:trigger_blizzard}] spark_disasters:trigger_blizzard
- clear @a[tag=!god, hasitem={item=spark_disasters:trigger_earthquake}] spark_disasters:trigger_earthquake
- clear @a[tag=!god, hasitem={item=spark_disasters:trigger_meteor}] spark_disasters:trigger_meteor
- clear @a[tag=!god, hasitem={item=spark_disasters:trigger_sandstorm}] spark_disasters:trigger_sandstorm

If you want to maintain control or to change the settings, you can add the "god" tag to yourself with the following command:
/tag @s add god
One thing to note is you will need to make sure the command blocks are always loaded. You can use this command when standing near the command blocks to ensure they remain loaded:
/tickingarea add circle ~ ~ ~ 4 "Command Room" true

It would be cool if there was a specific block that was immune to these disasters so that you could make a cool redstone contraption that when you hear the alarms go off, you could press a button to shelter your beloved builds or chests. Just a thought though.
Mix this with the secure bunkers add-on and you've got a fun server!

I'd like to see a Rad Storm setting added to this pack. It would be similar to the rad storms in Fallout 4. A combo of Acid Rain(green clouds) and Thunderstorms(Thunder and Lightning).

I would buy this to be honest. not as great as the weather and tornados mod on PC, but something to look at
this mod is more of a survival challenge than for looks
The earthquake has destroyed my entire base 3 times now, have lost everything both times
i dont like how this addon breaks so easily and how it gives everyone in a server the ability to use a controller
PLEASE do an in depth video on the new furniture addon, it looks so good. I want to know if it feels weird running into the furniture like it was in the free furniture pack we got before

The new furniture addon features blocks instead of entities, so you dont walk through the objects. I bought it the other day and it’s far superior to the other two.

Can anyone confirm if survival players in realms can affect the disasters? I don’t want everyone on my realm to be able to spawn them with the remote lol. Kind of a bummer if the host can’t turn them off

Can you edit the area of effect for the natural disasters? I am making a hunger game mini game for my friends and wondered if I could use this add on to make a storm, for players outside the ring.
Not sure sorry, maybe using the craftable feature you could use that with dispenser ?
@@ecko experimenting with the dispensers has led me to the unfortunate conclusion only one of each type can be happening at the same time. They also move unpredictably.
anyone know why the add on has suddenly stopped spawning disasters? I’ve had this on a realm for the last couple days with max disasters on, they’ve been spawning non stop and all of the sudden we’ve gone a whole day without a disaster

There are MAJOR issues with this Add-On in Realms Servers. If you leave your world during a disaster, such as a tornado, the script can malfunction. The game then mistakenly believes the disaster is already active after rejoining, which leads to a broken Add-On where the disaster controller fails to work, and no disasters can spawn naturally.
Currently, there is no way to fix this.
Additionally, many Add-Ons remain invisible to other players at random when activated.
These problems need to be highlighted to urge Mojang to address them. While the Add-Ons may work well in single-player mode, they encounter compatibility issues with Realms Servers.
This is what im experiencing right now. Realms really do have a huge problem. Even the Realism pack doesn't work on realms.

Yes, if you turn off certain things such as TNT exploding, mod griefing, and fire spreads it won't destroy your base

they can be random or you can do it yourself so basically both.
