Repack boxes aren't taking packs from sealed boxes, there most likely using left over merchandise that didn't sell from department stores that have been bought back to the warehouse. so chances are they've been handled heavily by kids and pack searchers even all the way in the 90s.
@@tcmyrick Most of them are definitely retail picks too…certain products I’ve had better luck with but overall to find a relic or something like it would be pretty lucky
