Windpipe is extremely good. I theorised some of my own made magicals, you seem to have some of the same instruments in mind as me. A slide whistle and a jaw harp. The jaw harp also being extremely good.
Windpipe bio (fanmade): Considered one of the less serious Magicals, Windpipe's mouth is actually completely disconnected from his respiratory organs, and he instead breathes through the pipe-like horn atop his head. Doing this while stretching his neck causes sound to come out, not unlike when any other person were to gasp, or exhale sharply.
