Oh wow awesome! 👌 got it working within a few minutes. Properly paced instructions helped alot but most of all, I appreciate the effort for keeping it relatively short format yet explaining the reasoning behind every command, helps develop good habits for us noobies. I hope this reaches more people, certainly deserves the sub

Is it strong enough to pull someone offline? I haven't watched the hole video, so that's why im asking. I'm just curious cause i wanna test it on my router and see im am safe cause i got booted offline a few times since then i have been with a new provider i have a subscription against ddos attacks but i still want to be sure. hence this question.
Well I appreciate the question but its a ten minute video and you said you didn't watch it. In order for you to make a powerful one you would need a lot of knowledge and a lot of zombies or bots that you own. I wouldn't try this yourself unless you really know what your doing or else you will get in trouble especially since if you ddos yourself you can also be doing it illegally because you may be doing it from external and ddos your ISP if you don't fully understand what you're doing. I don't recommend you do this
I think the tutorial is not clear enough don't know what is going on with docker I installed it with terminal but then when executing command doesn't work
I understand, the main reason for this is because this is eith the expectation that you understand how to use docker. Docker issues aren't covenant issues so you need to understand docker or just do a non docker install. I may do one with the non docker install in the future. Thank you for the feedback though

No you can't because ddos stands for distributed denial and I'm not showing you how to do that. This video shows ethical ppl how to stand up the server to learn how to detect when someone is using it against you. I'll never teach an unethical person these things bc it's not what I stand for or what I condone !

@@Hexarian that's exactly why I don't show real world techniques on here. I show what people can do to learn and grow their cyber profession but leave out details that allow this to work illegally. For instance the default payloads will get caught so I use them on videos so only people with permission can do this to learn. Understanding botnets is a huge part of cyber defense. Creating small ones and reviewing the activity make them much easier to catch in live environments. I don't teach or do anything unethical and never will. Not sharing the information doesn't help the people that want to get better it only helps the criminals

Hi i am researching botnets and their capabilities my Plan was to create a little test botnet and infect my own machine so my question can you mine crypto currencies on computers with this botnet?
That's an illegal and unethical activity that I don't condone. You can read the documentation on the botnet to figure out it's capabilities.

@@tomschke680 you can't say I'm going to do this for research on my own machine then say to mine cryptocurrency by infecting the machine. That's not how it works. Why would you need to infect your own machine to mine crypto? Sounds like your researching to mine crypto. Thats not something you need a c2 server for if you own the machines
