Normally youtube chapters must be minimum 10 sec, but in reality when i upload, if 1 chapter is less than 15 sec, all chapters gets cancelled after 1 hour of upload. Idk if this is a youtube bug or something, so the best solution i found for now is to group 2 small clips in 1 chapter.

Yea that's the thing, a normal good vayne clip wouldn't be as bad to watch, and obviously he has good mechanics, but he exclusively plays vayne top which is a cringe pick and then you see him 2/3 levels up making plays like wow, so difficult!
