राजस्थानी आलू मंगोड़ी की सब्जी Rajasthani Aloo Mangodi Sabji - Food Connection

Ingredients -
1/4 Cup Moongdal Mangodi
1 chopped tomato
1 small potato chopped
1 green chilis
Grated ginger
Fresh coriander
1 chopped tomato
1 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp Salt
Method -
Crush mangodi with a rolling pin. Heat a spoon oil in a wok and roast crushed mangodi for 1 minute.
Now heat 1 tbsp oil in a pressure cooker, crackle cumin seeds, add green chilis, ginger and onion, cook for a minute, add hing and add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and cook for 2 minutes, add tomatoes, potato and roasted mangodi and give a good stir. Add 1 glass of water and close the lid of pressure cooker, take 2-3 whistles on medium flame.
Switch off the flame, allow to cool, open the lid, add garam masala and fresh coriander, mix and our tasty Rajasthan famous moongdal mangodi sabji is ready.
