I haven't seen auto mode so far because they seem to keep trying to teach you how to fight better in the practice rooms, lol! But don't worry it's quite easy to pick up since the focus on this game isn't really on fighting. Just know how to dodge and use your skills once the cooldowns are up and you'll be fine (:

That’s because the public server is not open yet. They only let you customize before they are officially open for the public. They will open on the 18th
In the beta we didn’t have the option, but I think once the game officially launches it’s definitely a possibility, since they did ask about users’ thoughts on this in the post beta survey (:
