As for the rusty 5 pence, that the problem with our modern day plated steel coins in years to come any lost ones will have rusted away.

Beautiful watch Aaron. Nice find. It was good seeing the Ace 250 don't see too many of those on the beach anymore. Sold mine a couple of years back. I'd say you had a pretty good day with the Ace 250.

Hey cool vlog! .... say is there a knack to getting the protective cover on over the 250 stock coil? Mine seems too small for the coil & will not fit without forcing it!....?
DG King mine came fitted, maybe warm the cover up in hot water to make it a tad more flexible then try slip it on

What would be the best beginner metal detector? I brought a cheap Argos one for my kids and it's rubbish. They were so upset cos they were really excited to find some "treasure" so I want to get a better one but it's so confusing trying to figure out which ones best. We just want to use it one the beach or in the woods, please help
For parks or woods go for a Garrett ace 150 or 250. They can also be used on the beach but maybe try a Viking VK20 for easy use on beach and woods
Hi Arron how do you find using the sand sloop on shingle as I have just bought a mid size one
Not used it yet good hunting on you beach hunts
It helps a lot, as you dig with a spade the item or coin slips down in the gaps, with a scoop you get it quicker. Plus no bending 👍
Awesome finds bru. I have the Garrett ace 300i. Im struggling when it comes to digging the water line, then my detector goes of constantly. Any tips will be greatly appreciated
Lower to 3 from top on sens and notch out the first 4-5 bars along the top. You lose a bit of depth but it makes it a more stable hunt

Hey aaron i just went to beach with my ace 250 . Im in united states but i had a hard time in the wet sand. I was 2 notches less than full sensitivity and i was getting a 36 reading everywhere. Help me out let me kno what i should set it at to get better results
Hi Eric, turn sensitivity down 4 or 5 from top. Sounds drastic but this will still find things at least 5 inches down in wet sand. Plus take the first 4 or 5 notches out of discrimination so it doesn’t detect those low chirpy signals. This will keep it silent (mostly) and allow you to still find gold 👍 good luck.

Don`t buy a treasure pro i have one & had lots of problems with it , you will be sorry buying one it cost me $ 500.00 for it up here in canada i am thinking of throwing it in the trash you be better off getting the ACE250.
Good honest video of a beach session. However, have a think about your comments about the empty cannister that you found. Just seemed a bit too matter of fact about it to me. Almost like it was ok for kids to get off their faces, when it obviously smashes your brain cells etc.......blah, blah, blah. No offence meant and thanks for posting.
