Ingredient Aloo Gobi Sabji ke:
Sarso Ka Tel - 2-3 tbsp
Aloo - 2
Gobhi - 1 small cut kia hua
Namak - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
Adrak - 1 inch
Hari Mirchi - 1
Tamatar - 2 pcs
Kashmiri Lal Mirch - 1 tsp
Dhaniya Powder - 1 tsp
Haldi Powder - ¼ tsp
Dahi - 1 katori
Pani - ½ glass
Fresh Dhaniya - 2 tbsp
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
