They are all legends...Zamani was the youngest among them..he was 27 years old that time...They all were presented isabella 98 song in Commonwealth 1998... He was called The Living Legend because his golden and beautiful voice and he is the one and only has that kind of voice. Until now, he still can sing the song in same high range even though he is not young person anymore..

There is a movie named Isabella in 1980s starred by Amy (actor & singer) himself & this is the official song for that movie.
Isabella is the daughter of Indonesian Ambassador in Malaysia & Amy is just a Malaysian singer, they facing many objections from Isabella's family.

All 4 singers are legends in their own rights. Zamani is a famous pop singer from the 90s and is from a band called 'SLAM'. Jamal Abdillah was a heart-throb 80s film actor that eventually became a singer. Amy is a legend rock singer from a popular 80s rock band, SEARCH. Saleem (now has passed) was a popular singer as well. His past songs are hits. They all have distinct voices which made this collab a unique one.

Watched Melodi (Malaysian gossip show) today. Zamani said he is suffering from sclerosis where his spine is crooked in multiple places. He refuses surgery because the chances of him surviving and getting paralysed waist down is 50/50. And he is finally in a relationship!! Here's hoping for him to finally getting married and getting well.
The guy holding the tambourine is Pak Ngah. He is a maestro in Malaysian classical musics. People like Noraniza Idris, Siti Nurhaliza will go for him for advices and music arrangement. Go watch Hati Kama, duet between Noraniza Idris and Siti Nurhaliza and Pak Ngah was in it too!

Isabella is a song from the band Search which is Amy is the vocalist. He is one of the Kings Of Rock. Jamal Abdullah is known as King of Pop. The late Saleem who passed away last year is known as King Of Ballad. And Zamani the long lasting evergreen singer. They performed the song in the ceremony of Commonwealth Games 1998 in Kuala Lumpur.
And believe it or not, a former/retired comedian named Bob Lokman, wrote this song. And many other hits song in 90s.

I remember this stage. This is probably 1998 Commonwealth Games closing ceremony. The stage is in the shape of Malay traditional drum. Raihan was still really big at that time and had all their five original members. While they were performing "Puji-Pujian" from their debut album, foreign athletes climbs up the stairs at the side of the stage while dancing and the securities had to stop them from going further. But they're not to be blamed, they don't understand he lyrics and therefore doesn't know that it's a religious song and it is actually quite catchy. I've been searching for the video of their performance but still can't find it.
The one in the green beret is Saleem. Listen to "Suci Dalam Debu". Hear him in his prime before the raspy voice.
