    I'm only 24 years old, and thankfully my grandparents raised me on greats such as Conway Twitty, George Jones, Hank Sr, Merle Haggard, etc. All those legendary artists are the best, most modern country music isn't worth a shit

      My family never showed me twitty but I just turned 25 and fell in love with his soul and voice he is one of the greatest

    I Love it !!! I LOVE ELVIS and CONWAY..... Happy to say that they're both from my state of MISSISSIPPI. !!! I've seen both of them in concert many times and LOVED every minute of them. Miss them so much!!!!!❤❤

      He lived in Mississippi until he was 10 and moved to Arkansas that's where the Conway comes from , Conway Arkansas..so we get to share him .

    Love Conways music the greatest country entertainer of all time ex song writer songs that are sung from the heart. Amazing he not only has sung for a past group of people but is now bringing in songs for younger people he says music evolves.

    I always thought Conway’s accent was very similar to Elvis. Then I found out that they’re both from Mississippi and grew up not far from each other.

      Both of them have a somewhat plantation descended accent unlike most southern accents today which are Appalachian based. Even his is already starting to take on Appalachian features which are not from the coastal plain of the south which is where he is from.

      It is from the Country Music USA - Oklahoma Centennial Celebration 1989 It was tape at the Lazy E Arena in Guthrie, Oklahoma. in the summer of 1989

    Conway Twitter was a wonderful singer. He was a wonderful Father, but his wife, I'm certain CONWAY WOULD HAVE BEEN SO UPSET WITH HIS WIFE, DEE, TREATED HIS CHILDREN. THOSE CHILDREN ENDURED SO MUCH HEARTACHE. It was a disgrace. They lose their Father then the next day he is buried. WHY SO FAST? her day will come.
