Thank you for these uploads. I can't seem to get through even 2 minutes of anyone else doing a commentary on games. I can watch these all day. I know it isn't easy putting out this kind of content but it is greatly appreciated by those who don't have access to the X-Wing community in small towns.

the final rolls for Corran were absolutely brutal to watch. Talk about unfortunate. That triple focus roll made me sick to my stomach, and I probably would have barfed a little in real life.
I think this report exposes the issue with 3 ship fleets where 2/3 of the points are usually tied to high pilot skill pilots.. Suddenly if you don't perform with 1 of those two pilots, your chances are instantly lost pretty much.. Paul's lists address this - last year - Fat Han, this year Poe Dameron. Paul's list building is superb, tallied with the skill he flies his fleets. Victory was firmly in his hands.
Watching all the FFG Worlds back to back starting at 2013. The dice cam for this video is a clutch addition. Struggled to see the dice for the first two worlds videos I watched. Really cool to watch the progression of these videos year to year. I'll be buying my stuff from you guys in the future.
+Groundpenguin Armada is a different beast for sure given the length and all of the information needed to understand what is happening. It is never out of the question though :)
great commentary again. yes it's fitting the game is called Xw and it comes down to the small ships incl Poe's Xw vs doppleganer Poe ; why does he win all the time? he does seems to get better dice rolls
He won by bringing all his ships down on Corran Horn and concentrating his firepower on one target. He outmaneuvered his opponent, like he did worlds 2015 with the Falcon.
thanx! yeah since then I watched an interview and read some of this articles on FFG site. he said setup and asteroid placement is half of it and planning the first three rounds is path to victory basically. the top 4 get there by being the best strategists and the dice don't play into as much. 4e D&D combat benefits from focused fire. this is an interesting game to learn.

Your commentary in conjunction with you graphics give the viewer such a situational awareness of the board. Hands down the best and please keep them coming. Midichlorians.....LOL!
Nice cast. Would be nice if you could cut down or mute the background chatter and just have some quiet music to accompany your voices. I guess you're casting live which is probably why?
I'm new to the game, and also new to Expanded Universe vehicles. I admittedly don't really care for them, and find most of my enjoyment from playing ships from the films. I thought I'd never be able to be competitive by being stubbornly nostalgic in my list building (I also don't care for the Falcon. I know...SACRILEGE!), so I'm happy to see the meta evolve into what these top guns used in this tournament. Though I love the game so much that I think I can bend towards collecting EU Rebel ships. Maybe. ;) Thanks again for another great video!
