I just started running longer distances and more outside vs the treadmill and found that my trainers weren’t supportive enough as you tend to run a bit differently outside than you do on the tread. Might be worth getting a gait analysis to see what the right trainers are for your running style - I did that and it’s helped so much (so far 🤞🏻)
Brooks and ASICS tend to have more support if you need somewhere to start and can’t find somewhere for a gait analysis

I have to say - we ate at Rocco’s Tacos last winter and were just not that impressed! I wonder what was up? But this video reminded me of all of the fun places we went in Palm Beach and West Palm! Great memories!
