No. This exhaust has a catalytic converter, so the change in airflow through the engine has not changed enough to require an ECU remap. It also has a port to screw in the exhaust gas sensor, which allows the stock ECU to adapt.
Thank u interesting.. So I see the L3XB dual has different pipe collectors, without the catalytic converter. Maybe with that model a remap would be needed? Anyway with r RC did u find an improvement of sound and performance? Thanx
@@stefanocosimetti2969 I didn't notice an improvement in performance, but the sound is deeper and slightly louder. I like the exhaust note much more with the RC.
@@Hondasaki_Frank yes ixil are top quality exhaust, i would try L3XB. What i see it has not a catalytic converter even if is catalityc. So should be more opened than rc or rb. Lets see.
