Hey! Thanks for the video, question...we send all of our estimates from the office side after the tech has gone out and completed their proposal, is there a way to use this from the office side. For instance for installations I want every estimate to have options to add on a service agreement where there are three options semi annual service, annual service or quarterly so they can add that to their invoice to play in advance and give them the option to add either a 7 year extended warranty or a 10 year extended warranty. Can you help with this? Also have you made a video about add-ons? I don't really understand how this works yet.
Thank you for the videos.😊 Do you know if there will be any updates to this? 🎉 It needs a better way to organize and manage the templates. 😢 Also why are the proposal types confines to the estimate templates? an estimator should be able to use them outside the template. even if using the template, one of the options is duplicated the proposal type does not duplicated. 😮
I wish you went a little into how to email these or view them on the computer, like for instance what if i get a cold call from a customer that needs an estimate and there is no technician out on the field to give them a mobile view. Also what financing company does ST integrate with?
Is there a way to edit the estimate or invoice layout. specifically id like to make and estimate with task, materials and equipment listed but instead of being itemized just have a grand total of everything listed. please advise
Rewatching the video: Question - If you are doing an additive and then you want to create a Good Better Best proposal later, can you keep the additive proposals and use them in the good better best as well as individually for those customers who want just one item?
so how can i use these templates.? Tech is at a job and instead of starting a new estimate, he can select a template? where would he find the template?
Hey Vincent! Check out this video. It goes into more detail about the purpose of the templates as well as shows off what they look like on the mobile side. th-cam.com/video/YNAbTMnK4FM/w-d-xo.html
They'll see them when they go to add an estimate. You can see what the mobile side looks like in this video at 2:24 th-cam.com/video/YNAbTMnK4FM/w-d-xo.html
So... give it to me straight. All this sales bullshit is just to extract more money from the customer, right? I'd rather just have a knowledgeable installation tech come in and install a great product at a decent price. This wine and dine stuff seems unnecessary.
it's a program meant to take away the need for a tech to memorize or know pricing for everything off the top of their head, it's all input on the back side by the company ahead of time and it also is designed to keep service techs from giving things away or over charging, it also tracks hours on jobs for job costing, its an extensive inclusive program, it retains customer info so when someone calls dispatch, their info pops up if they're an existing customer, allows you to record the call, you can then book the service call and then dispatch service tech to the job, they then have all of the customers info as far as name, location, issue, equipment info, history with the customer etc.

very helpful and informative! you explained the options for the progressive and additive just fine.
can you do a tutorial with adding the discounts in the estimates and the benefits? thank you. These videos help a lot.
Loved the video and information. Great content....but the music was very distracting
Would be good to see more irrigation related videos
Thanks for explaining it all so clearly!
Love it! Is it possible to add sub-items to services or equipment in estimate templates?
That will be possible starting with the ST-50 release coming later this month (December 2020)
