I often order _birria de chivo_ (goat meat) at my favorite Mexican restaurant. When I got interested in grass-fed meat, I figured there was more chance of goat meat being grass-fed than the beef they serve. And there's a choice of "wet" (a big bowl of soup) or "dry" (more like goat meat stew), which is what I usually order as it comes with fresh cilantro and chopped onions to add to it, which makes it really good.
New subscriber here-I use the vinegar as well and have used the DE at times. How much ACV do you use and how do you provide the high copper as a supplement or what as not that high in processed feeds. Thanks
Awesome video ! one of the best i have seen.
