The original had a wealth of characters and lots of things happening. Now WHY dump all this and come up with van der Whatever, Almond Kiddo, Mylock, Sienna, Nero, a confuse/stupid plot?

I prefer the original story, each warrior has to earn their armor after training since childhood with a master. This movie just hands it to them.
