good day :), i was abit over level during this playthrough around 220-230 vigor 60 mind 40 endurance 40 intellect 80 my added stats are roughly this. sorry i cant really give an accurate answer, leveled more since than. weapons are +10 Lusat's Glintstone Staff left hand +8 Rogier's Rapier ( weapon doesnt matter as long as you apply ashes of war bloodhound step Right hand talisman i used Faithful's Canvas Talisman RADAGON ICON Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman FLOCK'S CANVAS TALISMAN for armor im using random sets for fun, you can maybe use something that helps with def/special armor status that you want. most of the equipment are just what i had during that time, if you dont have this while attempting to kill her, its ok just work around what's best for you my advantage here was bloodhound step the rest are just there to support the damage per second for my mimic i used blood weapons on left and right hand, helps with lowering the bar from time to time
Another Stars related item is the great stars. Pair it with prelute charge, bloodflame, and fires deadly sin and you literally melt her health away as well as stunlock her
For me, Stars of Ruins paired with a weapon with bloodhound step is the best set for a mage in endgame/NG+.
