Amazingly bad hit rates in surging sparks , really bad ; you might of got lucky but this is a notoriously hard set for anything over a standard EX card.
@malcymal it can really be hit or miss. In our bundle video, one got crazy pulls while the other was kinda meh. Jirachi giveth and Jirachi taketh away lol
