- In this day in the life of a full-time author video, I will share my writing schedule as a full-time author and share how I manage my day with social media, writing, and working with clients. Your my inspiration!! I'm 14 and I spend most of my day at school. I leave early in the morning and reach home late at night because of the long distance. I don't have a lot of time to write because I'll have to do homework and get enough sleep for the next day (4 hrs of sleep). So I'm usually burnt out. On top of that I am insecure and not able to finish a book. I'm currently working on a draft and I'm determine to complete before I post it. Do you have any tips on how to keep going even when you feel like you haven't accomplished anything? And, how should I manage my time so I have space for writing?

Inspiring! I litterally am 13 and one day, lots of ideas for books i wanted to write just fell to me and i just wrote a book. Im working on the 2nd book and its so fun to let the fabtasy decide! Im making a harry potter type series

Thank you. Thank you! I find that my main issue is with focus and discipline. I have multiple writing and painting projects going on at the same time and have tried to follow to a schedule. I try not to beat myself up if one project takes more time than planned (seems to be the usual case now). I know I that I have to rethink this strategy and possibly prioritize which is more important.
You're so right. Sometimes you have projects that take more time and you just have to adjust and prioritize as you said. Like I shared in the video, my screenplay has taken up all of my extra time. That along with other things that was going on personally in my life, but I just tried to remain disciplined until I got it complete. We're all doing the best we can so don't beat yourself up. I think of it like this... this is temporary. I won't be writing this __________ (fill in the blank) forever. LOL.
