What exactly is the function of the bottom piece? I ask becuz if the top breaks, can i jst replace the top part with another ceragem and continue using the old bottom piece?

My Ceragem-C message bed jade rollers do not move. The fuse is good, power turns on, the temperature gets to the maximum and NO ERRORS are displayed on the remote. Everything seems to be powered but again the rollers DO NOT move. Any Suggestions as to how to repair my problem. Thank you in advance for any assistance you may provide.
Look for loose wire or burn component on board of the mat. Check with a meter for continuity. The system is not responding. An irrecoverable error has occurred within the mat. Turn the power off, then try to unplug the wire and plug it back in. Turn the power on again. If the same code appears, call for service.

Хотя бы 2 раза в день полный сеанс без самодеятельности, Переворот на живот по программе, Температура 60⁰ на внутреннем 5-6 на боковом регуляторе. 1-1,5 литра чистой воды в день. Именно воды остальные жидкости в зачёт не идут. Что-то из этого не делаете Толку не будет Опыт работы 18 лет. Удачи Вам.
Hi Eva I’m in the same situation…. I’m near Atlanta ga and have a ceragem that needs repair. Mine turns on but has the -t error as the video. I don’t see any loose wires. I’ve been trying to locate help locally as well as try to get assistance from the New York branch but the results have been slow to non existent. Perhaps we can share strategy to get our systems resolved?
@@davidkim8693 I have also been trying to get assistance but I didn't realize there was a NY branch (I'm also in NYC) - I just reached out to the main office in LA so hopefully they'll be able to help. Mine just doesn't turn on at all and I replaced the fuses.
