Great info! That Saltiga 6k seems bigger and different. Is that a different model? Tip. When reeling in Narrow jigging reels, you dont have to thumb guide the line all you got to do is tip inward or outward your reel where you want your line to go. Saltiga 22 SJ drag, think of it as HG 13kg and XG 8kg.
Fall lever is used to make the jig fast fall through dead zones of the water column and flutter through zones of fish... a thumb does the same thin g though
Depends what you're guys fishing for - for North coast stuff it's normally light tackle (6-10kg) the current trend is to move to smaller lever drag reels with braid backing 500m of pe3 with a 50-100m mono topshot is heaps. I've been using an avet mxj for ages but I'd probably use a speedmaster now. South Coast and Sydney is generally heavy tackle fishing for marlin and kings (15-37kg) something like a tyrnos 50 for marlin with 60 or 80lb braid backing for marlin. You could probably still use the speedmaster with heavy braid for kings since you don't need the capacity and harness lugs
Thanks for making the time to collab Hadi! 🎉
Always great to make content with you boys

It was the 6000 saltiga, it may look bigger when it was a close shot. Thanks for the tip mate.

Don’t think the saltiga 15 has a 13kg of drag but Great video
You're right, it's rated at 8kg
The new 24 has 13kg drag
You're both right. The 22 Saltiga is 8kg drag and the 24 Saltiga is 13kg drag.

Thanks for picking up on mate and the 22 Saltiga 15H-SJ is indeed 8kg and not 13kg.
