Has any of you critic not said to your selves my God there is so much to take in every day, I have no time left to govern after reading. It's standard practice all over the world that a brigade of civil servants in each subject areas reviews current state of art, and latest situation to brief the executive. So that is fine. Unfortunately our executive branch doesn't have ability to appreciate meaning of developments that effect them. For example economic trends, social movements, strategic and diplomatic moves, constitution, laws , public sentiments, empathy for the average citizen. They just want to be seen cutting ribbons and taking credit for projects they approved funding for.
