I don't claim to know how electrical works, but it seems like the machine needed a good cleaning and relubrication of parts more than anything. If this is the case, he's bought himself and the washer some time with the work he did do.

OH come on! This is a comedy. He cuts 4 inches off of the cabinet and doesn't replace it, yet the drum still fits LOL. No parts replaced. He had no clue how an ohm meter works, just touching anything with the probes to make the digits change LOL. Masks were worn to hide his face from embarrassment . Amazing how a couple of stickers can restore a washing machine.
I used to be a domestic appliance engineer and I was wondering how he was going to fit all that back into a shortened cabinet.
As for the multi meter, you can get the same results by touching the probes together.
What's not clear is why it didn't work in the first place especially as nothing apart from a rusty case seemed to be wrong with it.
I don't even know why he disconnected all the wires when he could've left the loom in one piece.
that wasn't four inches - and you can see he literally screws the cabinet onto the black bit - where it was just flapping in the breeze before..

Amigo la parte q el corto llegaba hasta el fondo por eso el lo atornilló más arriba con muchos tornillos por q le faltaba el pedazo q bajaba hasta abajo vea bien el video
Jaja se mando cualquiera con el gabinete,le puso poca ropa por qué sabe que si le pone la carga correcta cuando centrifugar iba a saltar para cualquier lado ya que acortó el gabinete y quedó corto para los amortiguadores,el protector del motor quedó apollando en el suelo y por lo tanto los amortiguadores no podrán cumplir su función,ese tanque debe quedar suspendido por los amortiguadores.Se mando cualquiera😂😂😂

washing machines seems in work8ng condition. only polishing and colouring is done here. motor is ok, gear box is ok, breaking system is ok, electronic panel is ok. everything is ok.
i am not underststanding why this poor guy open reassemble it again only to paint it.

Interesting channel! I have four of these small apartment-size washers in one of my rental properties, the tenants do love them, they are small but do not use the traditional agitator so they hold a fair amount of laundry. I will say, however, they are rather flimsy.
