The video was artistic, visually entertaining and presented in Halle in the truest version of herself. Even though this is Halle’s video and solo debut, I liked that there was mention of her sister and how talented they both are. The public is fickle and hates to see the love and camaraderie the Bailey sisters share. The more we speak of the Bailey sisters as the talented, beautiful role models that they are, the more the world will recognize, accept and see that this is how black women should be represented. I understand why yall said 9. It's an awesome song. It's one of those "finally someone with substance, beauty and power in their music!", because we don't have to many examples. That 9 is still leaving room for even better, because many of us that miss this type of musicality in an artist. This is her first solo, she has room to grow. 🥰 I want the next song to have more lyrics, since these were more of her affirmations.
