Had to laugh at the guidance to NOT TIGHTEN ANYTHING with the drill! All of my apprentices think I'm thick when i remind them(THE 1000TH TIME) not to count to 100 clicks/ ugga-duggas when tapping holes or driving self tapping screws. So far so good with this group of clever cookies. Good sparky advice indeed by Gspeed!

Gabe. An excellent tutorial. Pretty much the same way I assembled my GSpeed chassis; except for, having used more threaded spacers to act as the nuts for securing the upper shock screws to the frame's shock hoops. Do you ever find a need to do that? Cheers!
@@GSPEEDCHASSIS Gabe. When do you see the need to go with 70mm spacing on a chassis as opposed to 67mm? I built my V3 with AR-44s to a 70mm width; but, do see that I could have had more pinch with 67mm. Is there much difference between the two widths? Thanks.
@@billderas3420 67mm spacers allow for more room for shocks and also allows for aftermarket external mount SCX10 bumpers to fit and the G-LD and TGH-DSM are 67mm wide

Hi Gabe , I'm about to build my first G Speed Chassis , I'm trying to use my TRX4 Transmission , I got a Brazin Scale 3D printed Skid just because It has SCX10 style bolt pattern so fits Your G Speed Chassis Rails , Only issue is the front and rear bottom link holes are covered by the chassis rails , Is it ok to run 2.5 mm spacers between the skid and the chassis rails ? And have You seen any builds with Your Rails and the Brazin 3D printed skid ? ,, Lovin this adventure , Thanks for the Build Break Down ,

@@GSPEEDCHASSIS I was looking for something that will work with the AR45 axles and the SCX 10 iii transmission. Will the white skid plates bolt pattern work with 10 iii transmission?
The parts are black and the shirt or jacket you have on are also black making it very difficult to see which parts you are using. I'm new trying to learn as much as I can by watching. Sometimes seeing things on paper are not always explained in detail. For me anyway.

The spacers haven't come with the package in a while. This was an older video when they were included. The price has since been lowered. List of parts included in the packages listed in the description on the website

Hi Gabe , I'm about to build my first G Speed Chassis , I'm trying to use my TRX4 Transmission , I got a Brazin Scale 3D printed Skid just because It has SCX10 style bolt pattern so fits Your G Speed Chassis Rails , Only issue is the front and rear bottom link holes are covered by the chassis rails , Is it ok to run 2.5 mm spacers between the skid and the chassis rails ? And have You seen any builds with Your Rails and the Brazin 3D printed skid ? ,, Lovin this adventure , Thanks for the Build Break Down ,

Probably, but may need extra 3mm spacers to stand the shocks off the shock hoops

The parts are black and the shirt or jacket you have on are also black making it very difficult to see which parts you are using. I'm new trying to learn as much as I can by watching. Sometimes seeing things on paper are not always explained in detail. For me anyway.
