SOUTH YORKSHIRE POLICE RAID WRONG HOUSE, DISABLED PENSIONER LEFT WITH THE BILL !

  • Watch as South Yorkshire Police raid the wrong address even though they are told so by the neighbours and disabled owners whist they are away on holiday in Benidorm.
    Even though the owners speak with the Police live via doorbell and driveway cams, and they admit their intelligence has given them the wrong information, they decide to break in anyway.

    The owners of this house have a massive claim against the police and also high ranking police officers should be sacked

    • @kevlark
      @kevlark หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      I experienced something similar and never got compensated, their legal department will just say they had sufficient evidence of criminal activity to obtain a warrant. In my case they claimed they had "sufficient" evidence that I was running a large scale drugs operation!

    • @kevlark
      @kevlark หลายเดือนก่อน

      @123TheCloop The DI asked me to go in for a meeting, he gave me the address for their legal department and said that if I had any issues with them to get back to him. To cut a long story short, when I received the letter from their legal department it was a day or two after a local guy had been murdered in the road a few hundred metres from my house. I only knew him to speak to, but stupidly it made me think the police had a lot more important things on their hands.
      The DI seemed quite taken aback when I mentioned to him that if I had been at home when they broke into my premises it would have been more dangerous than if it was a house with drugs or stolen property etc. My gut instinct would be to protect myself and my property from intruders no matter who they were. I would have most likely ended up in prison.
      It seems that they realised immediately that there were no drugs to be found, so their damage limitation was to search for stolen goods. But once my father arrived (they allowed him to leave his house) and told them I was on my way home, they couldn't get away quick enough.
      It certainly changed my attitude, I wouldn't help the police. I don't believe they had any evidence at all, they couldn't have. The PCSO just saw a house where the occupant wasn't there very often, it had a fence around it and CCTV and that was enough. The PCSO had apparently had a few previous successes and I dare say they embellished things a little for the warrant.

    My ex boss was getting nowhere demanding payment for a security door the Met smashed down, so he simply sent a court summons to the Met's cheif constable (I think it was Sir Paul Condon at the time) and he got a cheque the day after the summons was served.
    I don't know if the summons ever actually got to the cheif constable himself, or weather his bureaucrats simply took one look at it, read the accompanying paper work, and simply wrote out a cheque for two grand.
    Remember that under UK law and legal precedent, the chief constable is legally responsible for the actions of all his serving officers whilst on duty.

She spent two weeks in hospital and passed away a month later having never recovered from the shock. The arseholes involved were never brought to justice as the video footage was mysteriously corrupt and the knife my mother was said to have brandished was brought into the house as she actually never had any knives for safety reasons due to her blindness. Sue the Police and the public will pay for it, sue the officers personally and they'll have to pay out of their own pockets.

    North Yorkshire Police raided my house several years ago, and I was out. They gained entry by using a ladder to get into an upstairs window I had left open. They left a copy of the warrant in my kitchen. I looked at the warrant-WRONG HOUSE!!! They should have been next door! I did eventually get an apology.

    Did you know they have to fix the gate now at their own expense.
    My home was raided a few month after moving in and because they cpuldnt find what they was looking for (due to being wrong house) they had to buy me a new front door, took them a year to get it done but got it done.
