Raw Vegan Not Gross is the best raw vegan show that I've found on TH-cam. She's so relaxed, warm, and good-natured that it makes the recipes feel very doable, not like crazy quackery. Love the show, and I keep recommending it to my vegan and non-vegan friends alike.

Can't say I'm going to do the raw food thing, but my mother is really into it.
Nah I like warm food too much xD roasted pumpkin, sweet potatoes, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms and bell pepper anyone? Rosemary goes well with that too xD and thyme. Sorry I'm rambling xD;
Anyway, this was nice to see :P I can understand why people would choose to try the raw food diet.
I liked this new feature. I enjoy seeing you both in a casual, talky setting and Laura Miller is a great first guest.

Laura is one of my favorite people. This interview was kind of dry. More Laura, less hosts.
I discovered the show a couple of years ago. I just saw this on you tube. I love her recipes! I myself am vegan now for 14 years. I never ate meat again after I saw one video on factory farming, horrifying!!
Then I found out about dairy and eggs by doing research and going into farms myself. First in for most I do it for the animals and then I do it because it is very nutritious and makes me feel good inside.
I absolutely adore Laura so much! She is so natural and breathtakingly beautiful! And the way she carries herself! Love from a Greek fan!

Now steam for 3 hours.
Now that you've basically made corned beef.
Grind pepper corns until crushed, not powderized.
Then take a handful of your grinded pepper corn and cover your MEAT completely.
Now preheat your smoker to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Now that your smoker has preheated.
Throw your MEAT in there for a good 4 hours flipping every once in a while.
And that's pretty much it for the *ORGASMIC* pastrami from when harry met sally.
Now i'm going to enter this samich into the clean plate club in the other room because trust me.

I love Laura. I do eat meat but I'm incorporating more veg into my diet and her recipes are good. Love kale chips
i want the song in the background.
I can't cut meat out completely because I like it too much but now I'm doing two or three days a week vegan and fish once a week. Cut out dairy completely also because I'm lactose intolerant and it has been getting worse these past years and I really feel great. Lost a lot of weight and feel healthier. Don't get sick as often as I would before.
Won't be vegan ever cause I like my meat and my eggs but incorporating vegan days really works great for me :)

Ok, Laura... So I feel about coconuts like you feel about bananas (I *love* bananas!) - I had an unfortunate coconut-related-ralph incident a few years ago and can't even the smell the things without gagging. However, a lot of your recipes have coconut oil and I'm wondering, is there ___ ANY other way ___ ??? I really, really, really love your recipes - and I'm very close to taking some coconut into the bathroom and just "getting over it", somehow I think that would make things worse! Help! I really want an alternative... any ideas? BTW I'm about 3 weeks into full transition into a vegan lifestyle and really the coconut (blleerrrp) thing has been my only barrier.
