I miss the indoor mall, I was very young when they tore it down, but I liked goin around to all the retail stores, going to the movies and then stopping at the food court for a pretzel.
the new mall feels like its only there to accommodate the new Theater (Which is better than the last one imo). The Train can get annoying since I live right next to it haha.

I liked the mall too...It was fun taking my kids to see Santa there...Oh well, pretty soon they will be old enough to get a beer at one of the restaurants at the new mall. Lol

Love the video, My family and I are heading there in 10 days. Hurricane IDA destroyed our home so we are heading there and we are probably just staying there.
Aiming to get my Real Estate License over the next year as well.
Once again thank you for this video🖤

    How bad/long is winter? thanks

Winter is usually pretty dry here. We have 300 days of sunshine, so there's plenty of sun in the winter too. There will be some weeks where it's in the 30's and some where it's in the 60's throughout the winter and everything in between. Most of the snow comes in the spring.

Would love to know more about downtown areas to buy. Selling in Feb. we need walkable areas. And does the train stop there? And goes from where to wear

There are 3 train tracks going through Longmont which all run through the state. These are freight trains only. The main hub where the lines intersect and they may stop is Martin and Price St. This is near about 1200 new apartment units and an industrial area that has some breweries and has become very popular. The residential area the train runs through is a few blocks East of Main Street. In the area directly West of Main it will not be a bother. Residents directly West of Main say they can hear it faintly. There are plenty of great walkable areas, especially downtown. Let me know ideally what you want to walk to such as schools, parks, coffee etc. I'd suggest calling me or messaging me to factor in what size/type of house suits you and your price range and we can go from there. Cheers! Marilyn Ackerman 720-409-7939, marilynbackerman@gmail.com.

I was curious about the weather. Is it colder or warmer in the winter as compared to Colorado Springs?

Longmont is 1000 feet lower in elevation and the weather is very similar to Colorado Springs with it sometimes being a little warmer.

I believe there were a couple of incidents in the last few weeks. It's a couple of areas that are of concern.
