My sister worked as a flight attendant and they meassure your weight. I did ballet and they measure your weight there as well. If you work as a model, theyll measure your weight as well. Its just standard for jobs that require beauty. And well, some former idols and current idols have talked about the diet restriction and whatnot. Especially if an idol gets too many comments about being fat, the company or well the team that handles the idols will force them to diet. Even Jimin from bts had to do extreme diet because people kept commenting about his chubby face. Once your group is big enough though, company's become more lenient, because the group becomes more powerful than the company. Thats why they can get tattoos and whatnot as they get more popular.

i don’t like commenting on bodies but i’ve been through weight fluctuations aswell and i knew that one day she could feel so much more energetic and im just so so so happy to really see that happening for her🫶weight gain is so stigmatizing, i struggle a lot less with body image since im back at my natural weight. so happy for her, your life opens up after this im so relieved to see her happy🫶
