    People need to slow down with the comments saying Waseem didn't cook nobody. Little Mathis called him out thinking that Waseem is just a freshmen thinking he could guard him and Waseem had to put him in his place that is all. Just a little competition.

    I think that's the best team, not just in the Big 12. This is the best team.. I don't see. No offensive line that can sustain this defense and I don't see no defense that can sustain our offense. It's just giving number two too much time and if number two with the limited time that he had last year put up the numbers he put up. What do you think? He's going to put up this year with more than double the time in the backfield.

      I agree 100% I'm not being buyiest. There biggest challenge would be Georgia & I feel that way with Georgia for everybody. Other than them, Colorado should enter playoffs this season. No exceptions

      I don't see Georgia beating this team. They got big boys. They just don't look as athletic. This team look like pros and I think it has something to do with who's teaching them. Because I see them doing moves that I only see the pros doing. What college team is going to sustain there. This ain't even fair. I know I was saying 10 wins before but this might be a straight chip. I think the minimum now is 11 wins to a chip.. anything less is uncivilized now what team is even going to be able to run on this team? I see them throwing but with them not being able to run they're going to have problems throwing the ball because they're not going to be able to stop the defense coming in to visit the QB. There will be many tackles for losses. This whole defense going to the pros@@MalcolmGrantShow

      @@MalcolmGrantShowI don't know no team in college football that can mess with this team now. Last year all we had was a a great offense in certain positions, but we had a patchy-patchy line with some of the guys decent. But this year everybody's like that. And everybody actually looks like a pro getting trained by real pros. Gold jackets. Not just pros but gold jackets. And these linemen were looking a little weak at first but now!!!!!

    Listen brother. I'm watching these dudes. The best defense are outside of Colorado. I would pick Ohio State as number 2, Penn State # 3, LSU # 4, GA #5, Texas #6. But I'm going to be real with you. None of them look like Colorado and there's a distance between number one and number two. I got. Colorado is number one and truthfully no space at number one through five and then Ohio which is after Colorado. There's a distance between Colorado and the next best defensive line. I mean defense completely. But these teams look a little more Stout at the linebacker position. I still give Colorado the nod over everybody. I just don't see their line being able to sustain themselves against a full silver back defense like this. These other teams they don't look the same. I think Colorado is number one defense

    • @MalcolmGrantShow
      @MalcolmGrantShow  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@MalcolmGrantShow That was a totally different team in a totally different time. With totally different players. Those holes to get sacked have been plastered up and sealed. We do not have a defensive line problem no more. We do not have an offensive line problem no more. We now officially have edge rushers that are NFL ready. I was just watching some of the other teams that they considered to be the best teams in college football and Colorado without question looks best overall. Especially the trenches. They're not necessarily the biggest, but they look the most professional, strongest, quickest and technique infused by far. Far. We have the top three in the nation at worst. His team is built different

    • @AllenKeith
      @AllenKeith 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @deedanking4806, I would appreciate your assessment of my perspective, which is detailed below. Thanks!
      The revamped offensive line is promising, and should perform at an above average to high level - which would be a complete turnaround from last season. However, despite the additions to the defensive interior line, I remain concerned about the defense.
      Currently, Colorado's heaviest defensive linemen/interior tackle is Anquin Barnes, weighing 315 pounds. All of their other interior defensive linemen/interior tackles weigh 303 or less. Recently, a Colorado podcaster responded to my concern about the defensive interior by stating Colorado had three defensive interior lineman who weighed 325 each. I asked him for his source(s), as I can find no external college football player height and weight source which confirms these weights. Thus far, I have not received a response to my follow-up message. Chico, perhaps you or Neely, can provide information corroborating the podcaster's statement about defensive interior linemens' weight.
      Even a likely Colorado starting offensive line is significantly heavier than the current Colorado defensive interior. This offensive line includes Seaton 300 pounds, Benson 325, Brown 320, Mayors 320, and Johnson 325. How could the current Colorado defensive interior match up against the offensive linemen on their own team, let alone what they will face during the season?
      Take Nebraska , for example, who Colorado plays in its second game this year. Nebraska's current offensive line unit includes 6 linemen weighing 325lbs; 1 who weighs 330lbs; 1 who weighs 350lbs; and 2 who weigh 320lbs.
      Last year's CHP winner, Michigan's starting offensive line weighed as follows: 301, 315, 316, 320, and 325. Other top programs have similarly sized offensive lines and even larger. Comparatively speaking, Colorado's defensive interior line is still too light. This weight differential begins to become a problem late in the 3rd quarter, and in the 4th quarter, when players grow weary, and the opposing offense begins to run the ball up the middle, using their weight advantage over the smaller interior defensive linemen, to push them back off the line of scrimmage. Colorado got killed last year by many teams by the run up the middle, because their defensive interior linemen/tackles were too light.
      I hope I err in my assessment. Notwithstanding, in my view Coach Prime needs at least 1, preferably 2, interior defensive linemen/tackles that weigh 320-330 pounds, in order to be able to plug-up the middle in the 3rd and 4th quarters. Otherwise, teams with big offensive linemen, and a 210-230 running back, will simply pound them, bull-doze them, and pick-up big yardage and 1st downs, on the ground - and keep Sheduer Sanders and his highly talented wide receivers right where the opposing defensive coordinator wants them - on the sidelines watching.

    • @deedanking4806
      @deedanking4806 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Numbers mean nothing. When you have an advantage over the others. Our advantage are our strength, our athleticism, our speed and our stamina. I promise you that will not be a problem with this team. I promise you they we're down the other team because of their activity and stamina. I think our advantage lies in our preparation. We will be all right and I don't think you should worry about Colorado. I think you should worry about whoever Colorado plays against. I think for sure they're going to take out a couple of quarterbacks for the season

      With the OL, there aren't any clips of Jordan Seaton and at QB Shadeur doesn't seem to be getting any work in...but he is always on camera in almost every conversation. Does he practice?

    It's because the offensive line has made the adjustment because the defensive line was dominating to begin with, but now the offense is starting to catch up. And it's not so easy for the defense to get through. But everybody's putting in the work and I think in my opinion this team might go 11 wins or go undefeated.
