Back in 2000s it was more easy to get guns but we do have guns they are just hard to get most of them are old guns like pistols and shotguns
If people are on it in UK they definitely do have straps and you get one in the right circle but it's minimum of 5years if you get caught with it ready to fire. If it's broke down in parts you will get away with a couple years. . In US anyone can have one even your grandma has one.
