Hi Gregory. I enjoyed your video, but I was hoping to see some Vintage British bikes, but there were none. The word vintage is very much misused, in regards to motorcycles. Vintage are from 1915 to the end of 1930. Anything after this is not vintage. I have a 1963 Panther M120 645cc single, which I consider to be a 'classic' . It is also a 'sloper' 'thumper'. However, my Marston Sunbeams are vintage, being all made in the period before the end of 1930. Liked this vid and will look for more. Thanks.

Hello Richard, I absolutely appreciate the compliment and will certainly agree that “vintage” is used often too much to describe anything “older”. Thank you for the reminder and will remember that when I do another video regarding “classic” bikes…cheers my friend!

Why mention BMW, they are German, not British.

Were they?? If you check what was happening during the war years the British Douglas manufacture, had a flat twin boxer long before BMW, they wear involved in litigation over copyright, but sadly Douglas didn't get any British army contracts, and went bankrupt, and with that the copyright litigation, hence the now predominant BMW flat twin
      Kindest Regards.

@@johncampbell2979 Hitler covered for BMW, that is why. If anyone rides a BMW they do know the difference. They were way ahead of most bikes from the 50's on. I never had a more reliable bike. Japs were good as well.
