I loved to see the Meramec Caverns; I have not been there since I was a kid. When you make it into Vinita, OK make sure you eat at the Hi-Way Cafe part of route 66, and make sure you try the homemade potato chips. The motel next door is a wonderful place to stay, the small town is a must see. I loved seeing parts of the Route 66 in St. Louis, that I had forgotten about as part of Route 66. Thanks for taking us along for the ride.
Cool. Neat to see Merramec Caverns after all these years...went there as a kid a couple of times...the main thing I remember is they filmed part of a Tom Sawyer musical with Jodie Foster and Johnny Whitaker there...I don't remember all that Jesse James stuff...it was a very long time ago...We went to see the St.Louis Arch too...we rode inside of it...I think we saw some Mark Twain stuff too...not sure how far Hannibal, Mo was from there...long long time ago...We went on a paddleboat ride on the Mississippi River...Thanks for bringing back memories...Fun stuff...
That cavern was awesome!! Yummy dinner, cool lodging plus an actual key, what more could one ask!! Enjoying your travels down Route 66!! Thank you Jordan and Scott!!

As a kid I traveled with family through a lot of the U.S., and loved (& still love) the Americana treasures :) Sending prayers & blessings for safe travels to you and Scott, from Saskatchewan, Canada.
I love caves. I remember going to Mammoth Cave in Kentucky in the 70s when I was young. The tour guide said," Imagine a bowl of spaghetti, that is how many tunnels are in here." That stuck with me for many years.
Oh you were so close to my neck of the woods Jordan! I’d have been starstruck to see ya! Don’t feel bad about that toy museum, it hasn’t been open in 20 years. I’m glad you liked the caverns and made our state look good. Thanks for another excellent video!
What a great adventure you guys are having. Thank you for sharing it with us/me. You're a pretty cool guy Jordan, don't let no one take that away from you. Be safe, hope to see more videos!
We are having a blast watching & learning new things Jordan! Ty for taking us all along. The family sure enjoys seeing Scott on this trip, he definitely must be a blast traveling with. Luv&Peace Sean&family. 💛✌🏼
Those caves were awesome! We have something similar here and they are stunning. Amazing how pitch black it is when they turn out the lights. Can't wait to see what's next!
Merrimack caverns has changed a lot went there when I was young and they used to have boat rides there. Thank you for this vlog brought back alot of memories.
Absolutely enjoying this thank you I did a road trip all the way up the cost on my Harley Trike with my son when he was 12. It was a trip of a lifetime. Road trips are awesome
You should stop to see Cave of the Mounds in Mound, WI. Beautiful things to see in Wisconsin. House on the rock is another attraction you may find interesting.
Thank you Jordon for this Jesse James episode. Loved it. I also appreciated you reading the sign for us to offer more information to us over the pond in Australia. Ta. Dave travels to yourself & Scott from Adelaide, South Australia
Reminded me of Mammoth Cave. When I was about 12, we took a family trip to Iowa, where my Mom grew up. Many stops along the way. And Mammoth Cave was one of them! Thanks for sharing!

Awesome trip guys. My family and I are enjoying the route66. The caves are spectacular. Wonderful history and cool locations. I hope one day to travel route66
I grew up a few miles from Meramec Caverns! My first job ever was at The Cave. My dad and sister still work there. I have since moved to St. Louis but I make annual trips out there for camping and family gatherings. It's a great place! I loved every second of this video. :)

Another great Vlog!!! The Meramec Caverns were awesome! The Wagon Wheel looked nice and the Barbecue looks great! Thanks and safe travels for Scott and you!
That was a terrific cave tour. The rock formations and colored lights were beautiful. As for the sugar rush, remember Genghis Khan in Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure movie. He got his sugar rush energy from eating Twinkies and listening to Bon Jovi, Slippery When Wet. This was an excellent Adventure on Route 66. 😊
In my younger days I loved visiting caverns, some of the most beautiful are in and around southern Maryland and Virginia. The one in Rock City TN is pretty awesome, Sanora was interesting but not as colorful and the others. Your tour guide was good he made the tour interesting and seemed open to questions which is great.
Hi Jordan & Scott. The Caverns are so cool. I visited there 20 yrs ago when our kids were young. Kate Smith sang God Bless American when seated at the long stalactites. Some day I’d like to have a road-trip on Route 66. Thanks for this informative/interesting vlog. Safe Travels.
