You can already tell by the looks of their houses that Igorots have much higher standard & better economic living condition. Unlike if you take a look at some other touristy areas like Siargao, Moalboal,Cebu, even El Nido that are visited by lots of foreigners, you can immediately notice lots of poor/low standard built houses of the locals around their town, maybe they might also need to start & know how to farm vegetables besides mainly fishing, tour guides & coconuts😁to elevate their economic living conditions😅because the people of the 'Mountains' Had been living sustainable & progressive already even before the tourism boom in the area😁

Yeah honestly town is clean, walkable, and buildings are well maintained. It’s like you’re in a typical Filipino local barangy, but it’s actually clean and developed. Government should get influence from Sahara and try to imply this to some neighborhoods in major cities.
government should invest in more pedestrian like streets and investment in quality businesses in low to middle class neighborhoods to actually give life and even opportunity to these communities.
I feel like this in this video. Don’t know if people are well off here, but they seem to be loving more comfortably than in the big cities.

@@ryanbeltran9413 It is like Japanese or Chinese Mountain towns. You can go to Sagada, if you go north beyond Baguio City. North of Manila is more developed than the south, in my opinion, I hope our government will do something, for the development standards of south to catch up with the ones north of Manila.

@@ainsleyfrastructurekpopmashups Yeah I feel these places being less populated helps a lot and not trying to promote tourism’s as well which overpopulated these areas and leads to bad intentions from politicians like I notice in a place like Baguio.
These places still look underdeveloped in a sense since people still struggle, but I will take walkable streets and maintained structures outside what most Filipinos get in bigger cities and towns.

I wonder bakit di masyadong developed ang Sagada. Appealing ang weather dito kasi malamig all year round gaya ng Baguio. This would be a more comfortable place to live in than Manila. So baket di nadedevelop?

Hello Eduardo. It’s actually really warm in most places in the Philippines all year round except for just a few places that sits in the mountainous regions like Mountain Province, Benguet, Ifugao (these are located in The Cordillera Region of Northern Luzon), and there also cold places in Mindanao such as Bukidnon. These places are cold all year especially during months of December and January
