Lgs is an expensive school to begin with and O levels exam fee alone costs more than a lakh and considering these 2 boys they’ve given 13 subjects in O levels which may be around 2 lakh and a total of 6 subjects in A level which means even more of an expense as A level exam fee is double of O levels. Getting into a university like harvard requires a lot of money thus proving that the rich always have it easy in life. Also, a middle class or low income family getting into harvard or any other university will mean working 10 times harder than these students and not to forget that most people cannot afford expensive extracurricular activities.

O/A level exam fee for these boys alone except school and extracurricular and possible academy would have been around 625k

I listened to an amazing podcast, and I know Rauf and Afza from Gemini Consultants. I'm from Quetta, Pakistan, and my school is pretty basic with a big campus, but not like LGS or Cadet College Hassan Iqbal. In my college, no one really knows about the college admission process, so I wrote and reviewed my essays myself since I don’t have a counselor. I believe Gemini Consultants play a major role in helping students with the college process, especially with essay writing and admissions.
However, I have a question. I’m from Quetta, and my activities and essays are good for any school. My grades are above average, and I think I might be the only one applying to Harvard from Balochistan. Is it possible for students like me to get accepted from Balochistan, especially when I see around 30 students from Islamabad and a similar number from Lahore applying, but only one or none from Quetta? Could being from Quetta, with such a good profile, help my chances of getting accepted?
