I'm behind in watching your videos. So today I watched and now I know why my shots have been off. I adjusted for 2" at 600 yards and it wasn't 2"! The shot marker should be 319 to be 2" and not 300. At least that's my excuse for my shooting.
This is the way we run the shotmarkers at my club. Nra sanctioned and scored, or no problem there. I have set up my personal one the same way, over a year and haven't changed the target.
@@FClassJohn Yup, like you showed, not difficult at all. I have to assume it is ok with NRA as it is that way for sanctioned matches. Just as accurate if you set the x on the x,. Ring size is ring size.
That's a great way to run the off set. I've been looking at buy that unit. Thanks John
Glad to help

Mr. John what do you do to have your brass so clean? Always use new ones or some magic recipe to tumble?
I think back during this video I was wet tumbling and that will always make your brass shiny clean like new.

Very cool. It's a great way to go and usually doesn't take too much work to convert people over to it once you're explain it.

Good Vid John👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Hey John, where did you get those replacement bullseyes?
I had a local print shop make them.
Where are you getting your 9 ring repair sticker/decals? Sign printer on vinyl??
Yes that’s exactly where I get them.
John, what antenna is that you are using?
I have been using these for over a year at my club and personal and like them amzn.to/3aoS1Yf
@@FClassJohn thank you, I am a sling shooter, and owner of a shotmarker. Thanks for your videos and content.
So you know your scope setting, or DOPE, for shooting non offset zeros do you just dial up 1 MOA at the start if it is offset?
Yeah I know it's a 1.8moa come up so I just dial it in and for from there. It's pretty easy once you get used to it.
The lower sensors are all pointed down. Are you still getting accurate readings like that?
Thanks I was wondering just how your scoring system worked.
Glad it helped
Thank you.
You’re welcome and I’m glad you enjoyed it.
Where can a person find those targets?
Best way is to find a sign shop that can print on core/coreplast and give them the dimensions. Should be easy for any competent printer.
So you would dial up 2 minutes up from your 600 yard zero for your first sighter?
Yeah exactly. Once you get used to it, it just becomes second nature.
