using shift +select when trim command is used extends lines instead of trimming them... so trim > select = trim, trim > shift + select = extend....

These are great tips, thanks! Try double clicking the scroll wheel on your mouse for another way to ‘zoom-extents’, I think that it’s a default setting. Thanks again!
