i feel frost staff really weak this meta and its really hard to play a fair 1v1 with it

It's good weapon issue is, it does not gave the burst damage other metas deliver so one mistake and you are pretty much done or force to reset :(

I agree, as a frost staff main the damage out put is not high enough to get the decisive win with it. The slowly picking away at your opponent HP hoping you don't miss an E or Q cause it will be the end of the fight is the biggest con of it. I actually lost a fight against a 6.1 bear paw while I was using a 5 flat frost build all because I miss the last Q that would kill him.
