Is the 135V that you always reference the float for a 120V single phase system?

So are the ground fault detectors typically wired to the load side of the DC breakers? If not then opening the breaker would disconnect the fault detection and there would beno balance anymore.

And we have no any relay or alaram fir DC grounding in substation
