    Bro what about diagnose of bike😮

    • @TheMotoNoob
      @TheMotoNoob  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Well nothing goes wrong with the bike diagnosis.. All the race air filter does is to change the factory set AFR nothing more.
      Just make sure to reset the ecu by removing the negative terminal of the battery for 15-20 mins..
      The rest will be taken careoff by the bike itself.
      Ride safe bro..

      Nope.. Done in excess of 8k with it.. No heating issues as of yet.. Plz check ur engine oil.. One of my subscriber reported the same issue and resolved it by using motul V 10w40 in his bike.

    Difference between milage

    • @TheMotoNoob

      Drastic if paired with free flow exhaust.. My bike returns about 29 to 31 kmpl..

    @syedusmanali7685 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    What will be the mileage after this air filter on r15v3 my bike is giving 52kmpl how much will it drop please reply?

    • @TheMotoNoob
      @TheMotoNoob  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Well there is a drastic drop in the mileage.. Air filter alone will cause a drop of 10 kmpl but if u also include decat aftermarket exhaust system you are looking at a drop of 18-20 kmpl.
      For reference my bike is returning around 27-31 kmpl but this also includes 10+ upshifts in every gear and high rpm downshifts.
      You can certainly derive more if u r easy on the throttle.
      Ride safe bro..👍👍

    • @TheMotoNoob
      @TheMotoNoob  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@lokeshbisht152 look.. improving the top end is a tricky affair.. it requires ecu unlocking to remove rpm restrictions and there after ecu remapping. All these services are not avilable for small capacity bikes in India.. even R15 ecu can't be unlocked in India u have to replace it with race ecu.
      No point of fiddling with the top speed of ur bike.. if u crave for more top speed it's better to move to a higher capacity bike.

    bhai agar me v4 me lagau to too end khatam ho jayage??

    • @TheMotoNoob
      @TheMotoNoob  ปีที่แล้ว

      Bhai there is nothing like top end khatam ho jayega.. it's just that when u add free flow air filter in ur bike, more air goes into combustion chamber making ur bike run lean. Since 6th gear on r15 v3 or v4 is an overdrive gear lean combustion means less power at sea level hence u will witness some drop in top end. Nothing dramatic..

  • @rervisky
    @rervisky 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Do we need to reflash ecu after replacement ?

    • @TheMotoNoob
      @TheMotoNoob  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Every modern ecu have variable perimeters programming.. What that means is that they can adjust to variable sensor inputs. So until u make drastic changes to the engine itself, the stock ecu will recalibrate to provide new AFR for airfilter and exhaust swap.. But it is advisable to let of the battery terminals while doing so atleast for 15-20 mins. This will help in recalibration ecu perimeters.
      Also ensure to let the bike run on idle for 10-15 mins after the swap to let the ecu self tune..
      A word of caution, after introducing performance airfilter and a full sys exhaust to the bike the bike will run lean. Not in the lower gears but on higher gears. U may witness superb initial pickup but loss in topend speed.
      Give some time. And everything will settle in.
      P.S - it better to go for a performance ecu than a reflash.
