I wouldn't say the best beatboxer. Definitely the best battler. LIke no doubt! But I think when it comes down to best beatboxer. There are others who are better in other aspects.

I honestly feel like Dlow and Codfish are both overrated, but I still like both of their styles even if it's all sounded repetitive and overdone. The thing is, Dlow has that stage presence and most good/better beatboxers don't.

Practice it's actually really simple
This is just a compilation of 10 Drops from across all the rounds of the GBB. It is opinion yes, D-Low won the competition and Codfish was probably number 1 in the video because of the power he puts into his sounds. Codfish also won the GBB 2018 and he can sing aswell, his cover of Green Day - Boulevard Of Broken Dreams is beautiful.
Also as you seem to really appreciate a good voice check out 'Show-Go GBB 2021 Wildcard' or 'Gene Shinozaki GBB 2021 Wildcard'. They are short vids only 2 minutes each so you could do them back to back in 1 video.

He'll learn fam. Not all who have ears use them. He's new to beatboxing but it won't take him long to realize how important flow and crowdwork is, or discern the difficulty in the techniques of some of their more "technical" bits. This man actually listens unlike most.
I saw codfish in that clip and I saw how powerful his bass was in his voice it just seemed like dlow used wayyyy more skill and that clip of cod was extreamly short lol so maybe I gotta see the whole thing

There is no right or wrong opinion my friend, because at the endo of the day its is just an opinion, not a fact. I love Codfish, ive followed him from day one and he is my favourite beatboxer of all time, I just love his style of beatbox. Everyone has their favourites and who the think is the best, but that again is your personal opinion which you are entitled too.
