- To those who don’t know Triumph, he was born without his right foot, he had a stump with padding at the base. He was unable to be released.
I made this clip whilst I mourn his passing, sadly he was diagnosed with a type of aggressive leukaemia.
This is just a fraction of @Triumphthekoala story….more to come

I think I was in too much pain to be able to write anything. I can only imagine how you felt, Marley, if I'm in so much pain. Two months gone, and I still cry for my darling child. I will mourn him for the rest of my life. You were everything to me, my darling Angel Boy. I miss you so much. You brought so much love and light into my life. From the first moment I ever saw Triumph to the last clip just a short time later I was always amazed by how, sweet, brave and determined to be his best that made him a little hero to me. Along with that his obvious love for his mommy Marley and her love for him was so touching to witness. He fought so hard and was taken way too soon
Oh, these precious moments with Triumph. I‘m laughing and crying. He is simply the best. Always love you 🐨♥️

Thank you to all the vets, keepers and volunteers who work for the welfare of koalas at many organisations in Australia. Koalas are so incredibly adorable and cute and you just have to love them. Just looking at Triumph's friendly face, I don't need to know that our little friend only had three paws to be special, he was. I have adopted a few koalas from another organisation and have already received five death notices this year alone. Every single one ruins my day and no koala I could experience like Triumph and were it just the videos here. What must it be like for the caretakers? Many wonderful experiences and unbelievable moments are clouded by the imponderables and realities of life. Take care little friend.

Mate it hurts so badly to know that I’ll never see, hear, touch or hold him again. He was a huge part of me. I immediately took leave which is a rarity. I love my job but returning back to FOK is going to be tough without my buddy, Triumph. 😢💔❤️🩹

When we’re traveling and looking at the clouds, oftentimes we will see the shape of a koala and I say “there’s good old Triumph looking down on us from above”, since his passing, we frequently see koalas in the clouds and it makes things just a tad bit easier to deal with but we miss him terribly. We have a collection of koala stuffed animals all over the house, they mean a lot to us❤️❤️❤️

I could finally watch this. I hesitated to watch it because my heart hasn’t completely accepted he’s gone. I was scared to watch this, but I think it’s time to watch and accept the fact. Triumph lives forever in everyone’s heart ❤️ forever🐨❤️. Thank you Marley.

I wanted to write a blog that talked about Triumph and his story. His was a unique one. And it’s one that moved me emotionally even in ways I never was moved when I had a dog some years ago. It’s funny that I’m so emotionally invested in Triumph, despite being over 6,000 miles away from me. I love koalas so much in general, but Triumph was truly unique and moving. But it wasn’t even just Triumph’s uniqueness, but the whole entire experience of human love and compassion that played into his life story. It brought so many people together emotionally. Strangers from all parts. Triumph had the missing foot, but got a little boot made just for him which took I think a lot of effort by many people. He was cared for so closely and tenderly by Marley. The medical staff tended very closely to him and his well-being, even in his last days with the cancer. And I could see here just what a movingly pleasant life you all made for this one creature. It’s the holistic experience of it all together. Not just that Triumph was so charming and adorable, but how so many people came together and put in so much work and effort who loved him and wanted him to be happy and well. Even during the times he might have accidentally pooped on Marley. But through it all, it was always filled with love and caring. And Triumph loved you all back. He was special. The whole thing was special. It’s all that that drives me to tears and feeling agony. The compassion was so strong here and I felt it all. I don’t know what the meaning of life is supposed to be or what really matters. But I will forever keep this story as something that mattered and was meaningful to me. He felt as much like family to me. 😢 🐨 💔 Oh Triumph…we all still love you and miss you so much.
