also here's a tip for future videos: there is a mod called "ucm" and there is a feature in it that allows you to move the camera easier when placing units so you can place them in tunnels easier

The Health of the Crusaders may be sub-par considering how quickly they perish in battle.

I feelblike you should try and make your own units and factions so the stats of each side are more balanced with each other.
on the first battle there was a small head on the crusaders army , ah the curse of the small head
1st body pile is a 8/10, could use more bodies. 2nd body pile 9/10. 3rd body pile is another 8/10, could use more bodies and more density.

yes, but there are some that are different, for example, on my map there is a bunker and on others there are a lot of tunnels and more trenches

I think The gate should have had health at first the crusaders couldn’t get through the wall and tried using seige towers and then when they failed they continually shot at the gate till it went down
