Is there a way to apply minfi to an ExpressionSet that has been downloaded with GEOquery from the series matrix file containing processed /normalised beta values for each sample (from a 450k meth array). Im having an issue with the fact that I am not starting with an RGChannelSet and can't work out how to rejoin the analysis pipeline without starting at the beginning with raw idat files
