Here's my lore (not from trailer)
Meg: She went to school and come back home. She got shocked and surprised that she saw her brother Chris got corrupted by the Darkness. And the others where corrupted too.
Lois: She basically cook breakfast for Stewie, And she saw Peter got corrupted she was wondering that he's okay? The Glitch turns Peter's head around and saw Lois, she got surprised and shocked and he sexually attacking Lois, But then Brain heard a noise came to check on that she's in trouble, he bit him that she is saved, Stewie, Brian and Lois leaving the house.
Stewie and Brain: They where just chilling in Stewie's Room, then Brain talk and told Stewie to look outside at the window or something? Stewie ask Brain that "what the hell is that black liquid thingy doing in middle of Spooner Street?" Because it's not that normal in Quahog so they told Lois that to check outside what is that black thing doing in the streets?
Erine the Giant Chicken: He went for a walk and heard a noise that it was Lois that she's in danger and saw Peter corrupted he is sexually attacking Lois, he decided to have a fight (a Chicken Fight). So Peter and The Chicken meet again for the last time. Peter is so stronger enough that. He was able to beat The Chicken. But then Pibby and BF came before he got corrupted.
Quagmire and Joe: So the Guys where at the Drunken Clam or something? Drinking beer and having a talk conversation. They heard a noise coming from, The Darkness came and arrived at Family Guy in Quahog and following the Guys and the darkness arrived at the Clam to corrupt Peter and Cleveland, the Darkness was able to corrupt Joe. he realized that his legs where corrupted a bit, he expected what happened next, he stand up that his legs are now corrupted and worked and they runaway from the darkness alive.

Una de las ventanas de la casa de los Griffin está rota, fácil pudieron salir de ahí los infectados.
Anteriormente solo estaba Homero de cameo, ahora está Eric Cartman de South Park (chance y tenemos semana de South Park)
La camisa y pantalón de Peter se le llegan a invertir los colores, haciendo referencia a Retep, el clon malvado de Peter.
Al parecer al final de la canción logran corromper a Boyfriend junto a Stewie y Brian.
En la portada del vídeo, parecía que Chris también iba a cantar, y al final no lo hizo XD
Al lado derecho, se logra ver un poco de corrupción (que apenas se ve gracias al movimiento de la cámara)
