As a kid, I visited the Ruby Falls tourist trap. At that time, they tried to say that was the tallest underground waterfall in the USA. I told them that was BS. Who proved them wrong? They changed their sales pitch to say the tallest waterfall open to the public. Limestone in that area is very soft. All it takes is moving water to dissolve the rock. In Bath County, VA, the spring water is blue, loaded with lime, and it is cold enough to keep people from swimming in it during the Summer! Black crystals sounds like lead ore. I found AminoX to be the lightest energy to carry. Just add to water and drink.
@@Mineral_dude Oh man thats a tough question. I enjoyed ever minute of it, those 3 hours felt like 30 minutes. My favourite part was rappeling down the first narrow crack for about 20 feet it was a little scarry at first but once i got to the bottom it wasnt that bad.
Man idk I may end up on one later in life but I have no issues frogging and I like how compact the set up is, might go to rope runner but I’m content where I’m at
@@Mineral_dude I know you like your compact frog setup, hard to beat for compactness and for almost any climb. I've mentioned rope walker to you before, you could also borrow a chest plate from a friend and try a Mitchell system since the chest plate is the only additional item you'd need except for maybe an additional cows tail backup. A detailed writeup I saw measured it at an average of 30% faster than frog for a multi-person test of the system over a 65 ft test climb. Again just a suggestion. Nice to see you bounce the big one once again!!!
Maaate!! I planned some things to watch this night but when I saw your video coming online I threw it all aside. I watch this one first. It's going to be awesome 😁😁😁I say this after having watched 10 seconds 😋
The video was fantastic. This cave makes it also simple, great cave gives great video :P Also nice you some exploring, I love that. Maybe it's even an idea to show us a map in the video to show us which areas you explored of the cave. A last thing, I know incredible pit is on the other side of the cave and there's enough to explore there too. The "problem" with that pit is that you descent and ascent in a waterfall. Maybe it's an idea when the cave is "dry" like today to change plans and do incredible pit instead of fantastic pit. So you can do that pit also in relative safer conditions.
You finally posted it! Fantastic ☺️ I loved watching all of you the first time last September. What’s the difference between the first time and now as far as the shape you’re in- how much did it change things? Glad you got to go back!
Just been doing horizontal caves pretty consistently, different muscles for each so I didn’t really know what to expect, it didn’t affect me near what I thought it would, and yeah the gang has prettymuch split up but I try to keep up with Alex and Ryan and Cade when he’ll actually come caving
Bro, I might need to venture to this location to find the resonance myself. I'm a climber in yester year, so rappelling is the end of my climb but the beginning of your adventure.
Man i just seen Derek Bristols video of Fantastic. Man these pits are on bucket list my bucket list to do. Im not physically ready to go do these yet, but here in the near future they will get checked off. Man 2nd time hell yeah brother!
9:51 do not clip toothed ascenders to horizontal lines like that. Falling on an ascender in that configuration is deathly dangerous- the rope can jump past the cam and the teeth can desheath and cut the rope. I've seen it happen. Especially if this guy is talking about how his feet are numb and can't sit/stand- he could have died there. If you see something, say something- friends don't let friends do dumb things on rope!
Bro! I’d need a power ascender! Me and my Peter Griffith ass!!! Hey! I’ve been watching your adventures into the underworlds pores aside Stellium7 and hangman128… Old tree root systems and openings of huge body parts that have petrified over time!? Makes me look at all those rocks you’re climbing over a whole lot closer!!! That and the alchemists uses for those Humongous salamanders you keep finding is a trip!!!

That automatic descender is wild.. gamechanger..
It’s insanity, seriously felt like I was in a fever dream the whole trip 😂
Now that's a friggin hole
i just went caving for the first time 3 days ago in switzerlands biggest cave system and it was awesome i have to do it more often
Nice!!!! What was your favorite part?

Haha thanks man! I appreciate the support and hope you enjoyed the video :)
Man, that was awesome!!!!
Glad you enjoyed! :)
Amazing video Jacob. Unlike any other with that awesome ascender!!
If you fell into that pit you'd have time to call home before you hit bottom.
Fantastic video dude! Always enjoy seeing this cave. 😎
Its awesome to see the waterfall from above and all the details you cover, thank you!

@@Mineral_dude glad to see you’re keeping it up, and it’s great to see your wife along for some of the fun, too.
You should watch some mudfossil University. That's definitely not a tree.
Oh I know dude, I just find the conspiracy shit funny, hopefully that’ll get em going
Mudfossil U is some major baloney.

That's a big NOPE for me! But it was Definitely cool af to watch. Thanks for being crazy enough to make videos like these! 🤪👍
When his feet were numb and on pins and needles all I wanted was for y’all to get him off that ledge.
Glad to see you back in fantastic. Crazy vid love it. Stay safe 💓 and say hello to Mrs K.
What up chicken butt !!
Great video J !!

Try holding your toes up when using the automatic descender. It should help reduce the numbness, pain and pins and needles.

Guy's, you have no idea how serious that is. Suspension trauma will kill you in minutes. Rig right every time.
That was an awesome trip but hard to beat yesterday!

How do you guys get those giant balls thru a crawl.😂😅😂🤣😱
I think they have great parents.
Idk crawls don’t get me it’s water that messes with my head!!
Just found your channel thanks to your friend deathwish 112. I liked and subscribed ❤

I won't. God bless you.
walkie talkies would be awesome
I don't like when the rope do this sound, like a sad cat 😅
What is the sympathetic resonance of that cavern?
Your language is filty. I stopped watching this video because of it. My opinion, take it or leave it. I might not be the only one who feels this way.
Don’t let the door hit you on the way out 🫶
I dream to go there. I am french caver and WE have this too but this pit IS particulary interesting
