    The brush was delivered as I watched your video . I followed along with you. Loved how your hair came out !
    This brush is amazing, all my curls came out really nice , uniformed and no frizz😀. In the front, I parted my hair on the side and the clips gave me a nice lift.
    Over all, easiest hair style I’ve ever done. The brush makes my life so much easier. Your video explained it so well. Thank you so much!

    I like more volume around my face. I’ll grab a front section of hair, parted by my ear, lift that up, back and then clip. Don’t stretch the hair, just lift place and clip. I’ll repeat on the other side. End result is the front part of my hair is half up. I’ll then go and add other clips towards my crown. I do this immediately after adding product. I’ll let the hair sit in the clips while I go make a coffee.
    I’ll start defusing the roots with the clips in to set the lift. I’ll then remove to continue drying and defusing. I get the volume without any weird kinks. After drying, I’ll gently put the front clips back in to set the volume while I do my makeup or get dressed. Sorry for the novel but hope that helps.
    I usually put gel in my hair before leaving the shower. I’ll try holding off on applying any product before brush styling. That makes a ton of sense!!

    Thank u for this video. It helped alot. My hair is a lil wavy so I've trying to start my girly curl journey (like everyone else) & see what happens with it. I've been thinking of getting this brush as well. U made it look simple & not intimidating. And ur hair turned out very very pretty. I can only hope mine turns out as well. You're so welcome Misty, thanks for taking the time to leave a commet. I would say if you have a loose wave like mine it's good to not get too 'curly' focused with advice....I did this when I first started and was following routines and using products much more suited to much curlier hair textures; it would get frustrating when mine wouldn't turn out the same or hold up overnight and just looked like a frizzy mess 😆 Good luck - let me know how you get on.

    Your hair looks amazing! Always does I think 😊 I just had a thought that maybe for us looser curl/wavies smaller clips might be easier? Maybe a combination… I just imagine it might be easier to get them close to the root and smaller sections might be easier to manipulate 🤔😊 Love your videos!

      I think you are 💯% right - the clips slipped quite a bit and yes maybe I just don’t have ‘enough’ hair to keep them in place but I can definitely see if you had thicker or more textured hair they would hold much much better!
      I’m going to try the front face frame again at some point but I won’t be reaching for them often I don’t think…the brush is a different matter tho 🥰❤️

      So kind thanks Rony. I think this brush is great for getting consistent definition for waves and for achieving a curlier, bouncier finish. Plus it’s so super simple to use. For me the denman usually creates a softer more wavy finish rather than a curl - but I am about to try a slightly tweaked version of denman brushing so watch this space 😆

    Root clipping takes some practice to figure out what works for your hair. I have a cowlick in the back I clip after diffusing 85ish% dry to help the hair set that way (since I diffuse flipping my hair side-to-side I find putting clips in too early will get my hair caught in them and make removal a pain). I haven’t used the bounce curl clips myself yet, but from what I’ve seen people put them in parallel to their part to grab both sides lift.

    • @Tori_Hunter
      @Tori_Hunter  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Kay thank you so much for the info this is really helpful. I’ll definitely try them again at some point as I did like how full/thicker my hair felt after this routine. Will def also try waiting until my hair is drier before using them - maybe that’s why they slipped so much!

    It looks amazing! Thank you so much for doing a step by step with the brush! That helped a lot!!! For me to get the volume on the top of my head I use a smaller clip & I place them at the very top with a piece of hair from both sides of the part so you don’t see a part when it’s dry. I use a lot more clips but it gets that curly look all over my head. Have fun experiencing!! Thank you again! 💝

    Great video Tori! This brush does wonders! It has the perfect amount of tension and separates the hair very well which helps with definition and volume! Your hair looks flawless! I love using this brush as it brings out the best of my natural pattern and with some hold products it can last me a few days.
    About root clipping, I tried in the beginning of my journey but I always diffuse and to make sure i get volume i tilt my head in all directions when diffusing, so I don't find the need fot them! I don't really air dry when I actually style my hair, only if I'm just washing my hair at night product free.

    You have a claw clip that you use for sectioning, and I have the same/similar one. I can’t decide if the Bounce Curl clips are different enough to warrant a purchase, other than the holes, which didn’t end up doing much for you anyway. I love volume and have been considering the clips but I can get Scünci clips for a lot less. Do you think they’re similar enough?

    • @Tori_Hunter
      @Tori_Hunter  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Oh it’s so tricky. I haven’t tried them again since I filmed this routine. So feel I can’t give a very convincing opinion as I just don’t have the experience using them.
      But I have used the brush and that on its on seems to give me great volume. I feel that maybe the clips would work better for someone with a stronger curl pattern or thicker hair. I’m not familiar with the scunci clips, so sorry wish I could be more helpful.
