hey this awesome video I have question you said you have a couple females ur tank do u have a Lot of issues with ur aquarium
Have yet to have any issues with that likely because they aren't likely to spawn with any of my males. Usually, it would only become an issue if fish were spawning
@mattyfish33 oh okay that's I asked bcuz I have a 75gal cichlids tank an I have 2 females and I have hard time getting rid of them wen I found out they was females i have them since they were 2 inches now 5 inches I never issues now I'm debating I should just keep or not but had them in a 10gal for like 2month now since I found out females idk
@roystevenson1297 maybe continue with them in the original system given you never had issues before... if it does though I would setup a tank for them and maybe start some breeding projects

Honestly if it were me I would try it and see how it goes but at first sign of major aggression ie lip locking , fish hiding not eating then nix it

Yes the silver dollars are my dither fish they have been in the tank for nearly 2 years.
The black cichlid is a black orange dorsal lithobate

As far as hierarchies I say that beyond the species in my experience it can even be on a fish by fish basis I love how they all have their own minds and personalities.. and that they are far more sentient than given credit for
How big is your malawi hawk? I just bought 7 inch hawk & he's nowhere near yours....he majority gray with a hint of blue/green on the face.... I haven't vent "him"...I hope it's not a female
Mine is around 8 inches give or take ... I bought mine at 6.5 inches and have had him almost a year and he has only been coloring for about the last 3 months .
Be patient they are late bloomers as most of the larger haps are
